So delicious! Their horchata and Jamaica are perfect ! Not too sweet and super fresh. They have blue tortillas . Fresh and delicious . Their chilaquiles are also delicious they come with a choice to add refried beans, queso fresco , onions, cilantro, egg and a protein . Must go spot . Clean and comfortable. Friendly and kind service.

The chilaquiles are the best and usually I’m not a fan of chilaquiles in general. The cafe de olla is also super good and they were super friendly.

Nice little spot with good food. Got the red chilaquiles and my wife got the green. Both were tasty and seved quickly!

Glad I found this place, if you want a modern take on chilaquiles this is the place. I got the chipotle monster chilaquiles with all the usual topping plus avocado and chorizo. I almost licked the plate clean in public lol. The portions are huge for the price, def worth the money(most people complain about prices of eating out today but in this economy nothing is cheap anymore). I'm a big guy that usually always has room left but this time I'm stuffed. I also got the horchata coffee, better than anything you get at Starbucks or coffee bean. They got tacos and quesadillas too, but this is def my new favorite breakfast chilaquiles spot. And yes, I'm a random customer, not a paid promoter, rarely ever leave reviews.

Hands down the best chilaquiles I've had. America who is the chef is amazing. The eggs were perfect with the whites completely cooked and the yolks runny just the way I like them. They have 3 sauces verde, roja and chipotle all are are amazing. Also, make sure to try the dirty coffee. Tje food was so good I cried. If you don't beleive me look at the picture.

I've been here quite a few times and it is consistently incredibly good food. My favorite chilaquiles hand down. Only complaint is plastic cutlery and occasionally paper plates but I'll take that any day to eat the food here. Chips come out crispy while still soaked and sauce and it's just a good meal all around.

Very flavorful. Chipotle sauce tasty. Good portions. Nice presentation of food. Outside area strip mall was so so but nice and clean inside. Friendly. Only speak Spanish but got our questions answered. Great find!! Would do really well in a busier area.
